Second year hairdressing apprentice, Grace Massey Allen, won the North East Hair & Beauty Apprentice of the Year 2023 award.
Grace is training to become a hairdresser at Hair by PaddyMac in Consett. Grace said:
鈥淎 huge thank you to Patrick McNicholas for everything he has invested into my future. You are an amazing boss and I wouldn鈥檛 be where I am without all of the opportunities you have given me over the past year. Hair by PaddyMac is very deserving of its title as New Salon of the Year 2023.鈥�
Everyone at NCD and Grace鈥檚 friends and family are all very proud of her.
