A group of our business students attended the NE1 Can Day of Inspiration at Newcastle University.
The event involved talks from numerous business owners, such as Claire Priestly who spoke about her experience going from employee to entrepreneur with her business Harris 21 鈥� an accountancy and tax advisory practice.
The keen business students heard from entrepreneurs from a wide range of sectors, including Kieron Goldsborough from Different Narrative, Ashleigh King from Flamingo Heights, and Cat from Beaconhouse Events.
The students said they had an inspirational morning listening to all the guest speakers and changed their perspective about becoming a business owner.
